Good approachable builder, unfortunately they refused to build our's due to their concerns of soil conditions in our area after going over the whole concept for two months. Wasted exercise, but they were courteous to refund all my deposit, including the expenses borne towards soil testing. Overall disappointed with the result but very accommodating team.
